Ordering Process

  • As soon as we have received proof of payment or payment reflecting in our account, we initiate the order process. Orders are processed within 3 business days. Custom orders are processed within 5 business days.
  • You will receive emails updating you on the status of your order. You will receive a confirmation email with your shipping info (Tracking No).

Shipping

  • We use trusted & reliable third party shipping carriers for secure delivery of your orders.
  • Shipping fees are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We have 3 shipping methods available, Pick Up, Flat Rate & Free Shipping applies on orders that are R 700 in value or that exceed this amount.

Delivery

  • Delivery of your order will take 2 to 3 business days.
  • Please note, we do not have control over the third party courier.

Address

  • It is of utmost importance that you provide us with the full shipping address including complete contact information (Email & Phone Number) to avoid any delays.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not allowed for items that were purchased on sale.
  • Exchanges are allowed for products that were the wrong size or colour.
  • Exchange shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not offer refunds on any product.
